You can access it anywhere as classes, videos, books, and apps. Even better, you can do it anywhere. It doesn’t take much time or space at all. Just set aside 20 minutes a day – physically and mentally – and you will see the benefits yourself. Anyone can do yoga. All you need is some willingness. Yoga is not about getting the poses right. It is about surrendering yourself completely to your mind. It is about loving yourself.
